What can I expect when I arrive?

Upon arrival at Hope's Promises, you'll receive a warm welcome from our friendly staff who will guide you through the intake process. Following an initial assessment by our trained professionals to determine your needs, a personalized support plan will be tailored to address your specific goals. You'll have access to a range of services including crisis stabilization, mental health counseling, onsite medication services, and care coordination in a safe and comfortable environment. Throughout your visit, clear communication regarding your treatment plan and next steps will be maintained. After your visit, we'll continue working with you to ensure access to ongoing support and resources for your recovery journey.

Who can benefit from Hope's Promises services?

Individuals of all ages experiencing psychosis can benefit from our services. In addition to crisis services, we also offer individual and family counseling.

What is 23-hour crisis stabilization?

23-hour crisis stabilization is a program aimed at preventing unnecessary incarceration, injury, or emergency room visits by providing comprehensive support for up to 23 hours.

What are the operating hours of Hope's Promises?

We are open from 9 am to 7 pm, with on-call services available 24/7.

How long does it take to receive services at Hope's Promises?

Most clients are fully serviced within 2-3 hours, after which they are transitioned into a new service or referred for more intensive care.

Is overnight stay allowed at Hope's Promises?

No, we do not provide overnight stay. However, clients can access up to 23 hours of service.

What happens if a client cannot be fully helped onsite during business hours?

If we are not able to fully serve a client’s needs, they will be referred to hospital services for further assistance.

The goal of stabilization is to prevent unnecessary incarceration, injury, or emergency room visits for individuals who may only need basic resources or guidance for their next steps.
